Let me start off by saying that I’ve managed to avoid the dentist for 12 years because I was scarred from my last visit. THIS WAS A COMPLETE DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE! In the best way possible. 

When I arrived I was kindly greeted by Ashley who also booked my appointment. I told her I was nervous about this visit but she reassured me that I had nothing to worry about. Once I was ready to go back, Payal also greeted me and gave me a tour of the office. She was very patient, detailed, and eased my nerves. Payal explained everything that was being done and why it was being done during  every step. She made me forget about being in a dentist office! Dr. Tsang checked my teeth and let me know what he recommended I do without pressuring me to anything. Dr. Tsang also thoroughly explained what was going on with my teeth. I didn’t get punished for being an ice chewer haha! He and Payal were very gentle with my tiny mouth and made sure I was comfortable during the whole appointment. I definitely found my dentist and so appreciative of the kindness from everyone at the office!

I have been seeing Dr. Tsang at his practice for more than 5 years and each time my experience is wonderful. The entire team here is incredibly friendly and personable and my interactions with everyone is alway pleasant. 

I appreciate how they take the time to explain and review my treatment plans with me without making me feel pressured or uncomfortable. I’ve alway experienced a lot of anxiety going to other dentists in the past but not here! I cannot imagine receiving my dental care anywhere else.
